A type of therapy that reinforces desired behaviors and discourages unwanted ones

Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) is an effective treatment for reducing inappropriate or challenging behaviors in children with special needs. ABA is dedicated to understanding and improving socially significant behaviors and is focused on children’s skill acquisition. It teaches certain behaviors through a series of rewards and consequences. ABA Therapy is one of the most common forms of therapy used to treat autism. Our BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) in Georgia uncover the causes of certain behaviors to help your child change or improve them. The team here is passionate about ABA. When it comes to your kid’s mental or behavioral health, we at WIWAC can help you.
